Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
Hypernetix Pte. Ltd. ("the Company") is the data controller for data processed through Dev Expert ("the Service"). Contact: hi@hypernetix.ai.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1 GitHub Data
When you use the Service, we access the following GitHub data for the repositories you request to analyze:
- Repository file contents and structure
- Pull requests: titles, descriptions, diffs, review comments, approval status
- Issues: titles, descriptions, labels, assignees, status
- Commits: messages, authors, timestamps, changed files
- Contributors: GitHub usernames and public profile information
We access this data through the GitHub API using the OAuth permissions you grant. We request read-only access and do not modify any repository data.
2.2 Account Data
When you authenticate via GitHub OAuth, we receive your GitHub username, email address (if public), and profile picture URL.
2.3 Usage Data
We track which repositories you analyze and when, to enforce free plan usage limits (one analysis per week per public repository) and for general service analytics.
3. How We Use Data
We use collected data to:
- Generate analysis reports with metrics, action items, and improvement ideas
- Enforce free plan usage limits
- Improve the Service
- Communicate with you about your account
4. Data Storage
Analysis results and usage records are stored in our service database. We store repository analysis data for the duration of your subscription or account activity. Free plan analysis data may be retained for up to 90 days after the last access.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share repository analysis data with third parties except:
- Infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (cloud hosting, database services)
- When required by law
6. Data Retention
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hi@hypernetix.ai. Upon account deletion, your analysis data will be removed within 30 days.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure.
8. Cookies
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data

10. International Data Transfers
The Service operates from Singapore and the EU. Your data may be processed in both jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any data transfers.
